Reply to user messages from the Chat section in the admin dashboard.
Conversation list
The left sidebar shows all conversations, sorted by most recent activity. Click on a conversation to open it. Unread messages show a badge count.
Replying
Type your message in the reply bar at the bottom and press Enter or click Send. Your reply appears instantly in the user's widget via WebSocket.
User info
The right sidebar shows the user's profile: name, email, browser, OS, first/last seen, and any custom properties you've passed. Click "View full profile" to see their complete activity.
Closing conversations
Click the Close button in the conversation header when the issue is resolved. Closed conversations can still be viewed but no new messages can be sent.
