Managing Feature Requests

Feature requests let your users submit ideas, vote on what matters most, and discuss improvements.

Admin workflow

  1. Go to Feature Requests in the dashboard
  2. Review incoming requests — sort by trending, popular, newest, or oldest
  3. Update the status to keep users informed: Open, Under Review, Planned, In Progress, or Completed
  4. Reply to comments — your team's replies are labeled with a "Team" badge
  5. Merge duplicate requests to consolidate votes

Public roadmap

Requests marked as Planned, In Progress, or Completed appear on the public roadmap tab in the widget. This builds trust and shows users you're listening.
