Categories and Statuses

Organize feature requests with custom categories and track progress with statuses.

Categories

Create categories from Project Settings to let users tag their requests (e.g. "UI/UX", "API", "Integrations"). This helps you filter and prioritize.

Statuses

Every feature request has a status that you can update:

  • Open — new request, not yet reviewed
  • Under Review — your team is evaluating this
  • Planned — accepted and scheduled
  • In Progress — actively being built
  • Completed — shipped to users

Updating a status keeps users in the loop and moves the request to the appropriate roadmap column.
